We’re really pleased that Snelsmore Zeus has received a clear results for Skeletal Atavism
As his sire, Romany Beau carries the mushroom gene, we also tested Zeus for this, and the results came back as negative for the mushroom gene.
He is a striking individual, and his coat colour completely fascinates me, black with a scattering of unusual white hairs through his coat. I believe the white hairs come from his dam, Snelsmore Libby and ultimately traces back to Snelsmore Calipso who appears to have passed on similar coat patterns to many of his offspring.
With these results now confirmed, we can move forward with having Snelsmore Zeus and Snelsmore Zac Voluntary Vetted and either showing them in adult classes as stallions, or using them at stud.
