What a lovely day we had at the Hampshire Charity Horse Show! A huge thank you to Vera and all of her wonderful helpers for putting on such a relaxed and enjoyable show while raising money for such a worthy cause.
We took along our two brood mares, Snelsmore Venus and Snelsmore Sienna. With neither mare having a foal at foot this year, they enjoyed a return to the show ring—and they certainly didn’t disappoint!
Snelsmore Sienna won the Miniature Shetland Mare, 4 Years & Over class before going on to take the Section Championship. Snelsmore Venus won the Alternative Colour (Roan) class and was awarded Reserve Section Champion.
To top off a fantastic day, Sienna went one step further and was chosen as the Supreme Champion.
We’re looking forward to enjoying more shows with these two lovely mares throughout the season. Even more excitingly, both are in foal, with their 2027 foals eagerly anticipated.
