Willow is a bay & white filly, SPSBS registration no BG1506 born on the 6th of May 2019 by Snelsmore Mandrake out of Snelsmore Quill.
It all happens at Snelsmore!! With the arrival of two more foals Sunday night, it was time to concentrate on our bank holiday Monday show or so I thought!!! Before we left for North Somerset with the engine running, just one thing left to do, a last minute check around the mares. To my surprise maiden mare Snelsmore Quill was standing proudly over her foal. I didn’t see that coming. With Quill safely tucked up in stables we left a little late for the show, but very happy with our new edition. It turned out to be a longer day than we expected, part of me couldn’t wait to get back home to check on the babies. So, you can imagine my delight to find them all suckling well and bouncing about the stables. Clever mummies!!
