A long hot twenty-four hours of showing. We starting at three o’clock on Saturday morning and finally got to bed exhausted at three o’clock Sunday morning. Some might say we are mad, but it was great fun and very proud of team Snelsmore’s achievments. A great time at Showcase of Champions show, ponies did us proud and I got chance to dress up. Snelsmore Lily just loves these sorts of occasions, Miniature Champion, Reserve Middle & Heavyweight Miniature Horse Champion and Supreme Shetland pony in the evening. Snelsmore Spectre, Junior Champion and Overall Youngstock Champion. But it was Sundance’s day to really shine. Champion Middle & Heavyweight Miniature Horse, and so pleased in the Ultimate showcase of Champions against twenty-six beautiful horses and ponies of all breeds Cliffs and Sundance were awarded third place. Just amazing, I thought they were all beautiful equines, in my eyes everyone was a possible winner, all the competitors were up for it with £2000 prize at stake it was worth a bit of sweat. Lily and I tried our best, but Cliff and Sundance out ran us this time, I may need a bit more fitness training and up my game for our next meeting.
