Snelsmore Jacqueline has always loved her food, especially the sweet stuff. So when it came to naming her 2022 colt foal beginning with the letter ‘Z’ there was only ever going to be one choice… Zabaglione, the light, frothy dessert. And just like his name, he’s an absolute treat!
Having successfully passed his voluntary vetting, and tested as SA clear Zabaglione is now standing as a stallion at Emmarr Stud. Let’s hope the girls find him just as yummy and leave with very full tummies!
We’re so excited and very much looking forward to seeing his first babies arrive next year. What a sweet future ahead!
