The Shetland Performance show: Smiling faces all round
While many shows seem to be declining in numbers or even worse stopping all together, it was lovely to see so many beautiful ponies at the Shetland Performance show. The vaccinations didn’t stop people turning up to this event, in fact this shows seems to be getting more popular every year. There were some tough decision to be made by Mr H Sleigh, in the Miniature in hand classes, lots of beautifully turned out ponies for him to judge. Merrylees Nuggett was chosen as his Miniature Champion and Snelsmore Uno his Junior and Reserve Miniature Champion. It wasn’t Mystique day in the mare class, but later she excelled herself in the child handler class, looking after young Izzy perfectly, making the day extra special for me, so proud of this pair.
