Usk show & The Downs Group show: My Golden Nuggett
Well, what a weekend Merrylees Nuggett’s had and I!!!!! We travelled nearly 400 miles, firstly to usk show nr Monmouthshire in typical welsh wet weather, Nuggett won a strong four years & over Miniature shetland class and a few hours later we headed in the opposite direction, down the M25 to the Downs group show, Surrey. With better weather, lovely sunshine and Nuggett still full of running we put his best hoof forward to win the Miniature Championship.
