Edenbridge & Oxted Show. I did start to question our sanity heading to a show on a very hot bank holiday, with a rail strike and heavy traffic predicted on the M25 and all for one pony. But if we had stayed at home, it would have been just another day of work, so madness won out in the end. The classes were later in the afternoon, which made a refreshing change from the usual early starts. With a few shows already pencilled in for Oxgang Ferando over the next couple of weeks, we decided he could enjoy a short break. That meant it was down to Snelsmore Zodiac to fly the flag, and he certainly didn’t disappoint. He has become such a consistent showman, winning a strong class and going on to be Reserve Miniature Champion building nicely on his recent success in the two- and three-year-old class at the breed show.
