Calipso is a 33.25″ skewbald stallion registration no AJ1881/S03-027. He was born on the 12th of April 1999 by Kington Za Za Rac out of Croft Bluebell

As a young, cheeky yet talented colt, Snelsmore Calipso was sold with the promise that, should the opportunity ever arise, he could one day return home. We were delighted when that promise became reality and Calipso rejoined the Snelsmore family.

The eldest son of our foundation stallion, Kington Za Za Rac, Calipso has truly lived up to his lineage. Following proudly in his sire’s footsteps, he enjoyed a highly successful showing career, earning numerous wins including a prestigious win at the SPSBS Breed Show.

No longer with us Calipso played a vital role in the Snelsmore breeding programme. A proven sire, he has produced many of our Snelsmore show winners, ensuring his legacy continues through the next generations.
